Who on here is into CJ's

Who here is into Jeep Cj's from the like 77-84. A friend of mine has two CJ's both in this era that he wants to sell. One is a running driving complete CJ with plow, it was his driveway plow vehicle and kept inside the last 8 years. The other is one he picked up for parts , is complete but has a bad trans(jumps out of gear even trying to hold it in gear) and has some conciderable body rot but a solid frame. I am looking at helping him sell the plow CJ and trying to buy the parts CJ as a long term project for myself. What is a good price for a rough but complete CJ? How about the plow CJ?? I know pics would help and I will try and get some on a later date. How can I tell if its a CJ-5 or CJ-7?? My plans for the one I want are to do a over the axle spring conversion, small block chevy and auto swap, cage it, of course fix the rust, and maybe 33's or 35's. Any suggestions? Thanks folks!!!! smile
